Individual sessions

In collaboration with the client and parents, specific goals will be set for the client. Moovit will design a tailor made program to work towards these goals. 

These goals may include but are not limited to:

  • Balance and coordination
  • Weight loss
  • Weight gain
  • Improving confidence
  • Regulation
  • Anxiety
  • Body awareness

These sessions are for young and old and for any fitness level.
